Marrow's alpine series at its most playful: skiers heading off piste, rendered in her bold pop palette with the wistful, nostalgic humour her screen prints are coveted for. And it comes with a collector's secret: this is a 'sister print' of 'Fresh Mountain Air'. Hung side by side, the mountains in the two prints join up into one continuous landscape. A hand-pulled screen print, each ink layer pulled by hand so every impression in the edition of 30 is subtly unique, in the same ski world as her statement-size 'Meanwhile In The Mountains'.

Anna Marrow has been working as a printmaker, illustrator and image-maker for 20 years. She studied Fine Art at UWE Bristol, then Communication Design at Central Saint Martins (MA with distinction, specialising in illustration), and now draws at home and prints at Spike Print Studio, Bristol, working with household paints, biros, fine liners, pencil crayons and screen print. Most of her prints begin as biro and ink drawings in her sketchbook, are developed into collages, and later become screen prints. She has been commissioned by The Guardian, Selfridges, Heals, Polydor Records and the BBC, has been selected for the Royal Academy Summer Exhibition (2024) and The Other Art Fair, and describes her concerns as "detail, specific drawing, surprising colour, composition, and believable story telling".
