This is a hand-pulled screen print: each of the 30 impressions in the edition was printed by the artist's own hand at Spike Print Studio in Bristol, in the layered, luminous colour that makes Anna Marrow's work instantly recognisable. Her prints capture a specific moment in time: figures mid-air, mid-dive, mid-flight, set against her beloved urban and suburban landscapes with 70s televisions, radios and cars tucked into the detai. At 56 × 76cm it is one of the larger formats in her catalogue, and with the edition already sold out at one major gallery, availability across the market is thinning.

Anna Marrow has been working as a printmaker, illustrator and image-maker for 20 years. She studied Fine Art at UWE Bristol, then Communication Design at Central Saint Martins (MA with distinction, specialising in illustration), and now draws at home and prints at Spike Print Studio, Bristol, working with household paints, biros, fine liners, pencil crayons and screen print. Most of her prints begin as biro and ink drawings in her sketchbook, are developed into collages, and later become screen prints. She has been commissioned by The Guardian, Selfridges and record labels including Polydor and Go Beat, has been selected for the Royal Academy Summer Exhibition (2024) and The Other Art Fair, and describes her concerns as "detail, specific drawing, surprising colour, composition, and believable story telling".
