The skull-and-tear motif is a recurring one in Cassandra Yap's work, sitting alongside the hearts and other symbols she uses to work through love's sharper, more painful side rather than just its softer moments. 'The Things You Do To Me' is that motif at full scale: printed in two screened colours at 50 × 70cm, then finished by hand with black glitter picking out the skull tear, so the sparkle marks the exact place where love hurt. The title is what everyone has felt and never says, and the glitter makes the wound beautiful. Scarcity signal: Well Hung is down to its final print of this title.

Originally from Singapore, Cassandra Yap is an artist and art director based in London. Her work often explores the juxtaposition between dark and beautiful subjects to create the surreal. Fuelled by her love of pin-ups, the female form and what she describes as an unhealthy obsession with vintage erotica, her photomontage halftone style images are dark, bold and humorous with a kinky edge. Her art delves into reclaiming the narrative around desire, exploring how women experience and express love in both its tender and fierce forms to feel empowered, celebrated and seen. Her work has entered the permanent collection of the Victoria and Albert Museum, and she has collaborated with AllSaints for their 30th anniversary (a Serpentine Gallery charity auction in aid of Shelter UK) and with Penhaligon's for their 155th anniversary.
