Danic Lago is a Brazilian artist based in London, working with mixed media collage. Her practice is rooted in over 25 years of creative experience developed across Switzerland, Mexico and the UK, shaped by an early career in fashion trend research and close collaborations with European and Brazilian designers. Her work explores strength and emotion shaped by the intuition of the divine feminine. Using textiles, colour and found objects, Danic creates layered compositions that function as visual poetry: handmade narratives that invite reflection, curiosity and personal interpretation, grounded in the physical world yet resonant with spiritism and otherworldly beauty. A modern alchemist and collector of small treasures, textures and experiences, she brings a Brazilian touch, a Mexican vibe and a European breather to every piece.
