Collection: Kristjana Williams | Artist

Iceland born artist Kristjana S Williams studied graphic design and illustration at Central St Martins and quickly gained critical acclaim as Creative Director of Beyond the Valley for 8 years. In 2011 she began creating fine art pieces, illustrating books, designing interiors items and more. Her designs are inspired by nature and her technique involves digitally and physically layering nature upon nature to mirror the symmetry in all living things. Each piece is it's own magical universe of exotic botanicals and vibrant animals.

Kristjana’s work has become well known throughout the industry winning numerous awards including a D&AD award, Clio Award and a first prize at New York Festivals Grand Prix. Her work can be found at The Victoria & Albert Museum, Penhaligons perfumeries and various galleries and hotels nationally and internationally. Most recently she designed the album artwork for Coldplay's new live album 'A Head Full of Dreams: Live in Buenos Aires and Live in Sao Paulo'.
